| Junkers JU-52 Three Bladed High Altitude Prop
The FM German JU-52 early version flown over Austria ( high mountains) has three bladed props. There has been some question on the subject. I was just watching "Great Battles of WWII" DVD and there it was...a damaged JU-52 in North Africa with the three bladed high altitude props. Just as in the FM model. Excellent close ups too. It seems that some ( few) JU-52 were fitted with these high altitude props after all. Pancanal |
