As far as I know, after the war 322 sqn only used spitfire Mk IX´s.
During the war they used different types

From	To	Aircraft
June 1943	March 1944	Supermarine Spitfire VB, VC
March 1944	August 1944	Supermarine Spitfire XIV
August 1944	November 1944	Supermarine Spitfire IXB
November 1944	October 1945	Supermarine Spitfire XVIE

Since the Witty spit isn´t a wartime version it can only be a Mk IX, so the description on the stand is wrong.
