Longview, Texas | | | | Re: ChairmanMilo's Collection | Funny story about that one - when I was rearranging the Mustangs earlier, I must have bumped the shelf a bit too hard, because the loose Merlin on the Lancaster dropped and almost knocked the new Hurri off the top of the shelf - a 6' drop! However, the little bird just dipped a little to one side on its flexible Corgi stand... say what you will about those stands, it saved me a headache today. It was bad enough that I have to do emergency surgery on some of the new Dragon Warbirds that I'm getting... bleh. To have to fix a super-expensive Corgi bird would drive me nuts. | That would have made for a real depressing day if that Hurricane would have come to grief. Go Corgi stands!, at least in this case it helped save a model. I always hate it when one of my models tries to test the effects of gravity. |
