| Funny, I think the Angola AF is the coolest so far -- I've five Su-27s so far, three Herpas and two WACs... I like the Herps better. The WACs are well made but look kinda "stretched" to me... as in a bit too long of body. They are 1:200 scale, so about three - four inches in length.
Some interesting upcoming schemes (more mainstream -- Russian liveries) have been announced but I haven't seen any pre-pros yet. |
I actually prefer the WAC because they offer the single seat version. which may be why it appears a bit stretched compared to the 2 seaters. Hogan M-series are out and are the same moulds as herpa. I believe herpa got them from Hogan actually. anyway, Hogan ones are a lot more affordable. I had a few herpa but I won't be buying at their prices now that Hogan and WAC are out. I'd be saving atleast $20 from those 2 brands.
