I have always admired the NZ warbird scene, you guys down under contribute a huge amount to the cause.
Sadly in recent years we have lost two of the worlds most respected warbird pilots from your part of the world, Ray and Mark Hannah.
I am sure they are both sadly missed down under as they are up here.
Ray was a great ambassador for the P40 and was instrumental in my passion for that plane.
I take my hat off to you Kiwis, (and NZ produces the best Lamb and Butter in the world). |
