I have never thrown out a kit . i always struggle on and finish it .. even if it means scratchbuilt parts .. I wont say how long this one took, but it was a long time . I could have built 3 x 1/72 planes in the time it took to do this kit. But as there is no other kit available then my options were very limited.

At the moment i am very busy with commissions and have a backlog of 15+ kits to do in 1/72 and 1/48th .. including trucks etc from airfix airfield sets .. quite enjoying them as it make a pleasent change from planes .
