"The Jolly Rogers - Skull and Crossbones"...IS iconic indeed! You can trace back it's heritage from the most famous fighting squadron: VF-17 which flew F4U Corsairs!!! Besides, who else is better to command a bunch of ACE pirate fighter pilots with a commander's name like LtCdr John T. "Tommy" Blackburn!
