It had to happen, how can anyone sustain such low prices in the longer term.
£3 or $6 for a pair of Jeans is ridiculous but thanks to cheap labour and free tax zones on short term leases it was possible but only for a short while.
Sooner rather than later, investors want a return on their capital.
Relocation deeper into China is yet another short term option, however for the West the damage has already been done with the collapse of whole industries and the loss of manufacturing bases.
Its a throw away society fueled by cheap imports from China but be warned the Earths resources are being consumed at an unsustainable rate.
