I'm stickin' with my Russian theme and this was critical to the Soviets' being victorious in the 'Great Patriotic War', but the battle for Moscow in November and December of 1941 would be an epic movie!!
Concentrate on the Demanysk airlift when Ju-52's came to the rescue of Army Group Center and the 58 divisions sent by rail from Siberia and Kamchatka to repulse the final pincer movement on the Russian capital. This would make for an excellent movie if the Russians could make this movie happen!!
