This is not strictly correct. Most will be but the Liore et Olivier LeO 451 has metal wings and horizontal tailplanes so I can only guess that some of the others will be the same.

That's correct. They will probably use metal on the wings of smaller planes like the JU-88 or SM-79. I hope so.
