I bought mine 6 years ago at the Star Trek Experience in Las Vegas Hilton for $75 USD. You might still find this at some online shops if you Google Image Search - Bandai Enterprise-E. If you want a pre-built model of the 'E' and save tons of money I will recommend DST/Art Asylum's very excellent Enterprise-E model, and you can still order it at Amazon Dot Com. This model is actually a few inches longer than the Bandai kit too.
