The third Butcher Bird pictured is the steed of
Franz Gotz (#7143 Fw190D-13) Commander of JG 26....tentatively set for early 2007 release, and is the livery I'm going for. Incidentally, that particular scheme is the subject of close up pictorial on page 46 in the current issue of
Flight Journal magazine, where I took the pictured ads from Carousel's new 1/48 Fw 190Ds.
