The Chino airport has some great Warbird facilities. They're always having events there. I only live about 40 minutes away.....shame I don't visit more often! BTW, their big annual airshow is in May. Anyone who loves classic warbirds has to go to this at least once. I went one year where they put about 35 warbirds in the air at the same time and it was very impressive. Once you see that, it's kinda mind-numbing to imagine what the axis must of felt seeing hundreds of allied planes flying over their countries! |
