| This model is pure class. Someone sold one on Model Hangar last year, my first introduction to this sweet plane. The seller had 2 and was selling one of them (If I recall).
There are several Franklin Mint P-38s worth looking at, at least one with light blue trim w/ white piping. This may be the year I finally purchase a FM P-38 and P-47. |
If FM will make a P-38M 'Nightfighter' Lightning I will buy it pronto! At least it should make up for the vacant spot where the P-61 Black Widow ought to occupy my space for the time-being.
