Re: SBD Dauntless - Royal Navy ( Evaluation )

Hi Hornchurch,

I don't know wether it is limited to 400 pieces or 780 pieces. I have contradicting info about it...

It's my third SBD and I like because of the rarity, the paint-job and that it differs in the canopy position.

Good deal then! Funny thing is that I also have the Operation Torch SBD! I paid £10 + plus shipping for the RN SBD.

The fully enclosed canopy is one of the factors that made me buy it.

I guess the current low prices for Armour will not hold much longer. Especially after the new stuff has been unveiled.

Cheers,
AA

I'm assuming that the amount of CDC-Armour/'FM' gear that has been MASSIVELY discounted, is available Stateside, as well as over here, in Europe........???????

All the more suprising, that other forum members on here don't seem to have been having a Major 'blitz' & 'cherry-picking' some of the better CDC/FM bargains.....

Like I've said on other threads, there's plenty of 'Dross' about, but a star-model like these 1/48th SBD's can be bought for peanuts.

If all you paid was a tenner (£10) then that's laughable.

Could spend that, on a few beers & a sandwich !!!!!!!!!!
