The possible COA going around my MCCC class is VP Cheney resigning in a few months due to 'health problems'. Pres. Bush then selects...wait for it....John McCain as the new VP. Does the Pres. have the authority to do so, or does Congress have to approve of a new VP choice, such as in Supreme Court nominees? |
