| BF-109 I think;over 33,000. | That's correct. The most common estimate is that 35,000 BF-109s were made of all marks. If you lump all of the Yaks together, from Mks 1-9, and accept the Russian production claims, their total is about 30,000. The next highest, in a three way tie, are the FW-190, Spitfire and I-16-- each coming in at roughly 20'000.
