| Any Dave Dawson readers out there?
Just curious if any of the forum members read any of the Dave Dawson War Adventur Series by R. Sidney Bowen? As a kid I remeber reading the adventures of Dave Dawson and Freddy Farmer in their missions against the Axis forces. Of course the books gave a fairly unrealistic view of the performance of certain aircraft during WWII, but they were fun reading. Another fun series was the Yankee Flyer books by Al Avery. |
