Actually, I think the Mk.22/24 Spitfire and the Mk. 47 Seafire were postwar. I don't think any of them saw service in WW2-- Can anyone confirm this one way or another? Maybe some saw service in Korea, but again I am not sure. Still, it is a great looking airplane-- sort of rugged, brutish and beautiful. Also, it is historic, being the last of the Spitfires. I would love to see HM release one of these.
