Re: Advice on the best products to use

Some of the things I use are.
1. Seam scraper for removing seams lines.
2. Scribing tool.
3. CA precision glue applicator
4. Precision putty applicator
5. Testors pipettes, make it easier for mixing paints when airbrushing
6. Cutting mat
7. Jeweler file/needle file set. Great for working with smaller parts.
8. Riffler file set. Not a must but can be helpful.
9. Fine drill set.
10. Variety of forcepts/tweezers. Personally I like forcepts more.
11.Variety of smaller clamps
12. Jewlers loop
13. Low tack masking tape
14. Fine grade wet sand paper
15. Squadron white/or green putty
16. Microscale Micro mask
17. Super Sol and Super Set for applying decals

Some of the tools I use for building models are basically dental tools, It may sound funny, but lately I have noticed at larger fleamarkets there are individuals selling dental picks an tools. You can normally pick up a nice variety of these stainless steel tools at a fairly reasonable price.
