I really like my Robert Scott sharkmouth P-40 ...It would of been nice to see a Flying Tigers Tex Hill P-40 made before they closed shop on these.

I would second that JP, what a missed opportunity for us to have one the most iconic of P40s.

I think its very sad that GMPs entry into the diecast market ended so quickly, I guess that people are just not willing to pay such high prices for a diecast model.
I am guilty of this myself because I paid well under the retail price for my two and I am looking around the ebay sites and shops to pick up another.
If there had been no alternative I would have paid the full price for one example but that would have been it.

Because they sold cheaper on ebay I was tempted to buy more than one and I will continue to look for the other two I dont have.

It would seem from GMPs experience that price is the major factor for most collectors.
