A "Cripes a Mighty 3rd" damaged....  That is a shame...I hope the seller my have another one to exchange it for you.
By the way Ara1 the scale is 1:35 for the GMP P-51D Mustangs.

Which is "off-scale" for an aircraft, so finding a kit replacement will be very difficult.. Hopefully, GMP can come thru for you with a new canopy..
