thanks for that Jim, as a fellow P-40 fan I thought i'd share a link for a couple of Kiwi businesses based in Auckland that specialises in classic aircraft restoration - in particular P-40's.

Other projects include a Mk.5 Spit recently, LA-9, P-51, Sea Fury, Yak 3 and others., including a Mosquito of which you can view progress photos in the second link.

I have a friend who works at one (Avspecs) and still pinches himself each day when he goes to work, a great feeling to get paid to do what you love...
