Post Dornier DO-335

What is it with IXO? They're like the gang that couldn't shoot straight.
The DO-335 is really a nice model, but it has one glaring fault. It won't stand on its wheels without ending up on its duff. It's too bad they didn't add some additional weight to the nose to keep it from tipping. I used to be an active plastic model maker and I learned the hard way from assembling P-38s. A little modeling putty in the nose did the trick, but I can't see a way to do the same to the diecast DO-335. Let's hope Corgi gets it right on their P-38 releases.
