IIRC, there used to be two versions of the collectors series of FOV diecast - the 'clean' version was destined for TARGET stores, and the heavily 'weathered' line exclusive only to hobby shops? Why did the weathered series started showing up at TARGET stores? Anyone has the scoop? |
