Yeah, I was shocked, too. As schmaltzy as this sounds, it was akin to losing a personal friend.
Still, I have to agree with Skunky: Steve put himself into some pretty, uh ... unhealthy ... situations; and I, too, felt that if he didn’t pull up a bit, some animal or situation would punch his ticket.
Truly, I'm deeply saddened at his loss. My deepest condolences to his wife and children – and the people of Australia. |
