Unfortunately I've been watching the prices of everything going up up up, and I'm afraid these are going to look like the good old days real soon once the price of oil hits $125 or so, a barrel. I do agree though that a lot of plastic kits have been overpriced for quite some time now...Yes, you can definitely get sticker-shock going into a hobbyshop these days.
