In Shreveport Louisiana they have a hamburger joint called Papa & Company. They specialize in huge hamburgers and Shrimp Po Boys. My favorite is their Cajun burger (You really have to cut it in half to get started on it and you need lots of napkins to wipe off the sweat).

Burgers come on homemade sourdough buns that come close to ten inches across. Might just have to make a run over to Shreveport this weekend. |
