I've over 200 die cast issues and I like most them, otherwise why buy the things. However, assuming the flames were licking at my back 40, I'd grab the FM 1:48 "Lt. JG. J. Leppa SBD-3 Dauntless and scoot. When I think of the SBD Dauntless I think of the Battle of Midway and the turning point of the war in the Pacific. A great aircraft flown and crewed by great men. |
