really like my IXO Lavochkin La-7 which IMHO is the best Russian IXO. The landing gear is very solid & stable and the paint scheme is very attractive.
Having watched the I-16s perform at the Warbirds Over Wanaka (New Zealand) air show, the IXO model just doesn't look right because of the windshield which is too tall. If I bought one, I'd have to cut down the windshield before I could be happy with it..
