I like my Wittys, most are less money than other companies offerings if they even exist and some are very accurate and well done, some are not perfect but too most people are a good representation of the plane they are trying to be. Sure the gear is fixed, but it is strong compared to the non fixed models, those all have issues unless you want to glue it in and then you have FIXED GEAR again ????
Some of the Best by Witty are Sea Furys, F-15's, Spitfire's, F-16's.
And the Mig-29, will be the best out there for the money, until Corgis is released, which of course will be almost double the price anyway.
People love to bitch and complain and while it is a shame they dont take care of the little issues that dont require tons of money to fix, I still like there product and I understand that this hobby is a barely profitable one since the collector base is so small. So I for one hope they continue to exist, they are bound to release some cool planes in the future. I even have one of the P-38's and for substantially less than Corgi I like just fine. But then I am not a rivet counter either.
