No one has done Ellis specifically but there are a couple of Wickes class ships. Navis makes Schley DD-103 in 1918 fit. Would cost you about $20:
If you move into the World War Two period you have a very nice USS Ward DD-139 as she looked at Pearl Harbor. This model is from Argos and is $28:
Argos also produces HMS Campbeltown, formerly USS Buchanan DD-131 which was sent to the UK in the 50 destroyers deal and modified to be the bomb ship at St. Nazaire in 1942:
A company called Argonaut makes two Wickes class ships but these are out of production and very hard to find. They do Greer DD-145 1944 and J Fred Talbot DD 156 1942. Don't have photos of either of them.
Finally Neptun produces Breckinridge DD 148 in 1944 fit:
Of all of these the Argos is the best model but you have to like the Pearl Harbor paint scheme. The plain grey ones are probably more representative of Ellis since she served in the Atlantic.
