The figures are great but I fear the vehicles are going the way of the dodo. I may be recalling incorrectly but it seemed all of the new vehicles were paired with figures and generally pretty thin over all. I love this line and have all of the figure sets thus far and will buy all of this year's as well. I had hoped to see more vehicles, however. Why does no one want to touch the Panzer IV or Stuart in 1/48 - 1/50?
It also seems that the dioramas are completely kaput. I don't own any and have only seen one in person but I was interested in Arnhem but this looks like another casualty similar to the 1/32 birds.
Ah well, over all, a great offering from Corgi just a bit thin on the vehicles. |
